No. You pay nothing before the service. After we are done, we email the invoice and you pay online, by Interac e-Transfer, by card or by cheque.

The quoted price is firm, unless we find a situation very different from what was described (for example, surface three times larger than expected). In that rare case, we call you before acting.

Pressure washing uses water force to lift stubborn dirt. Soft wash uses biodegradable detergents and low pressure. We choose by material: pressure washing for pavers, concrete and brick; soft wash for vinyl, wood, shingles and anything pressure can damage.

Yes. All our detergents are biodegradable. We pre-wet the vegetation around the cleaning area and rinse after the service. No risk to your plants or lawn.

Depends on the season. We typically operate May through October. Polymeric sand and some sealants need above 10°C; roof cleaning needs an unfrozen surface. We advise at quote stage.

Usually 5 to 10 business days in high season (May to July), faster in August and September. Urgent jobs (graffiti) are handled within 24 to 48 hours.

No. Many of our clients are at work. We send a before-and-after photo report and the invoice by email. If we have a question during the service, we call you.

We reschedule at no cost. Rain hurts the result (polymeric sand, sealants, drying). We give you a new date within a few days.

If you are not fully satisfied after the service, we come back at no cost to fix it. If somehow you still are not, we refund 110% of the amount. No customer has had to invoke it to date.
