What you handle.
Clear the area
Ideally, move patio furniture, toys, doormats and small potted plants. If something is too heavy, we handle it on site.
Close windows and doors
Especially for house and roof washing: close windows, garage doors and air vents to prevent any water ingress.
Move vehicles and BBQ
Move vehicles out of the driveway for pressure washing. Cover or move the BBQ and any delicate equipment (e-bikes, generators).
Tell the neighbours (if close)
For semi-detached or townhouses, a quick word to the neighbours avoids surprises. We can do it with you if you prefer.
What we handle.
Plant protection
We pre-wet the vegetation around the cleaning area, use biodegradable detergents, rinse at the end. Your perennials and shrubs are protected.
Water and power source
If your home is accessible, we use your outdoor tap and a standard outlet. If not, we bring our own. We confirm at quote stage.
Before and after photos
We document every service with photos. You receive the report by email at the end.
Debris cleanup
We collect any residue (leaves, sand, debris) before we leave. No trace of our presence, except the result.
